I coach neurodivergent individuals—especially Asian Americans—who are buried under worries, obligations, and uncertainty.
You're overwhelmed. Not because you're incapable, but because you're trying to manage everything at once.
Every worry. Every obligation. Every "should." Every decision. Every feeling. Every problem.
Your stack is too tall. And when the stack is too tall, it topples.
My coaching philosophy is built around reducing down your “stack” into just three things:
What you want
What obstacle is standing in your way of getting it
What you need to get past your obstacle
What is Coaching?
Coaching isn't advice.
I'm not going to tell you what to do. YOU’RE the expert on YOU. I’m here help you navigate your expertise to achieve your goals.
Coaching isn’t therapy.
Therapy delves into past experiences and trauma to try to find healing and understanding under the care of a licensed therapist. Coaching can be very powerful when paired with therapy, but certified coaches are not licensed therapists.
Coaching isn't fixing you.
You're not broken. You don't need to be repaired.
Coaching is partnership in discovery.
Through powerful questions, active listening, and genuine curiosity, we explore YOU. Your goals, your obstacles, your needs.
You talk. I listen. I ask questions you haven't asked yourself. You discover answers you didn't know you had.
Sound Familiar?
Your mind is full of noise.
You're worrying about ten things at once, trying to solve five problems simultaneously. You’re carrying guilt about the past, anxiety about the future, pressure from family.
You start your day already overwhelmed. By noon, you're paralyzed. By evening, you've accomplished something, but it doesn't feel like progress because you're still thinking about everything else.
Or maybe:
You know something needs to change. But you're not sure what.
You have goals, but they don't feel like yours. They feel like what you're "supposed" to want.
You start things but can't finish them. Not because you're lazy—because they don't actually matter to you.
You're overwhelmed, but you can't pinpoint why. Everything feels urgent. Nothing feels clear.
You look successful on the outside, but inside you're exhausted. You're managing everything, but enjoying nothing.
Your stack is too tall.
And when you're neurodivergent, the stack feels even taller. Executive function struggles. Time blindness. Decision fatigue. All-or-nothing thinking. Every small task feels massive because your working memory is already full.
If you're also Asian American, there's another layer: cultural expectations, family obligations, intergenerational pressure, the weight of being responsible for more than just yourself.
You're not failing. You're just trying to hold too much at once. You're stuck between what everyone expects and what you actually want.
And you're not even sure what you actually want anymore.
What if There Were Only Three Questions?
Most of what you're carrying right now isn't helping you move forward. It's just clouding your thinking.
The worries about what people think. The guilt about what you haven't done. The fear of making the wrong choice. The obligation to do things that don't actually matter to you. The endless mental loop of "what if?"
All of that is adding to your stack and keeping you stuck.
Here's what I've learned from 25 years as a voice teacher and collegiate educator: when students were trying to fix ten things at once with their technique, nothing improved. But when we focused on one or two fundamental things, everything else fell into place.
The same is true in life.
When you strip away everything that's clouding your thinking, you're left with three fundamental questions:
1. What do you want?
What do YOU actually want? This isn’t about what your partner wants, and this certainly isn’t about what your parents want. What is it that YOU want? In our work together, we will find an honest answer, free of judgement and shame, to this question.
2. What's in your way?
Let’s work together to get to the root of your obstacle. In our together we will discover what is really holding you back from achieving your goals. Often, multiple issues arise at the same time, clouding decision-making and creating confusion. In our sessions, we will explore at your pace, until we uncover the primary source of friction.
3. What do you need to overcome it?
Once we’ve identified where the struggle is, we will collaborate on a plan of action and identify exactly what you need to overcome your hurdle. If you need additional support outside of what you already have, we will work together to find them.
That's it. Three questions. Everything else is extra weight.
What Changes When Your Stack Gets Shorter
Clarity
You know what you're actually working on. Not a vague sense of "everything," but a clear focus on what matters.
Energy
When you're not spending mental energy on fifty things, you have energy for the three things that count.
Movement
You take action. Because you finally know what the next step is.
Peace
The constant mental noise—the worrying, the guilt, the "what ifs"—gets quieter.
Confidence
When you're focused on three questions instead of overwhelmed by everything, you trust yourself more.
Relief
The weight lifts. Not because your life suddenly got easier, but because you're not carrying unnecessary burden anymore.
What This Isn’t
No magic fixes. Coaching isn’t about finding quick magical solutions or tricks to solve your problems or achieve your goals. Coaching requires work, dedication, and honesty to be impactful.
This isn't "just ignore your problems."
We're not pretending the other things don't exist. We're getting clear about what's actually a problem versus what's just noise.
This isn't "positive thinking" or "manifesting."
We're not trying to wish your obstacles away. We're identifying them clearly so you can actually address them.
This isn't me giving you the answers.
I don't know what you want, what's in your way, or what you need. But I can ask questions that help YOU figure it out.
This isn't a quick fix.
Shortening your stack is a practice. It's something we do together, session by session, until you can do it yourself.
Is This For You?
This coaching is for you if:
Your mind is constantly full of noise and you can't tell what actually matters
You're overwhelmed by obligations, expectations, and decisions
You start ten things but finish nothing because you can't focus
You know something needs to change but you're paralyzed by options
You're exhausted from carrying everyone else's expectations
You're ready to get clear about what YOU actually want
This coaching is especially for you if:
You're neurodivergent and your working memory is constantly maxed out
You have ADHD or autism and executive function makes everything feel harder
You're Asian American and carrying cultural expectations that don't account for who you are
You're navigating family obligations, intergenerational pressure, and guilt
You feel invisible—too Asian for ND spaces, too ND for Asian spaces
You need someone who understands both the neurodivergent and cultural complexity
This coaching is NOT for you if:
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do
You're looking for quick fixes or magic formulas
You're not willing to be honest about what you actually want
You need therapy for trauma or mental health treatment (I can help you find that)
